Standardization is a key element in the effective use of lean manufacturing methodologies and tools for achieving process sustainability. Their combination conducive to eliminating waste improving efficiency production processes guarantees company that employees most efficient do not time on unnecessary activities. These activities can be further improved by using digital solutions, accordance with concept Industry 4.0. Therefore, authors have developed e-Lean system, whose task digitize selected tools. The subject this work analysis functionality effectiveness essential part system form specialized TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) software as an application.
